Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 Oct 2026. This explains what NauticalMeatball Studio collects through this website and what we do with it. The short version: we collect very little, and we never sell it.
Who we are
This website is run by NauticalMeatball Studio LLC, a small game studio based in Utah, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
Newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we collect your email address. We then send you a confirmation email, and you are added to the list only after you confirm.
Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address so we can reply.
Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and visits. It does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors.
Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
How we use it
We use your email address to send news about our games, such as announcements, trailers and release dates, and to reply to messages you send us. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Services we use
We rely on a few providers to run the site and send email. They process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
MailerLite for the newsletter signup form and sending email. Cloudflare for hosting, security and analytics. Google Workspace for our email inboxes.
The signup form is provided by MailerLite and may use cookies or similar browser storage that it needs to work. The trailer on our home page loads from YouTube only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; once it plays, YouTube may set its own cookies under its own policy. Our own pages do not set tracking cookies.
Your choices
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and you will be removed right away when you click it. You can also email us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
